Rental PoliciesPayment Policy
1. A $350 Reservation Fee is required at time of rental booking.
2. All Rental fees are due 45 days prior to scheduled rental pickup/departure date.
3. A $750 refundable Security Deposit on credit card is due 3 days prior to
scheduled rental pickup/departure date.
4. We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, cash, or cashier's check. We do
not accept any other credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
1. From date of reservation to 45 days prior to pickup date, Desert Wind RV
will refund your Reservation and Rental Fees, less a $100 Cancellation charge.
2. If cancellation notice provided within 45 days of scheduled departure date, no
refund will be returned. In this case, Desert Wind RV will provide renter with a
Rental Credit in the full amount less the Cancellation charge, good for a 6
month period.
Other Information
1. No refunds provided for early returns or late departures.
2. Late return charges/fees will apply.
3. An insurance binder/endorsement on the rental unit is required to be provided
by renter. Renter can supply though own insurance carrier or through Desert
Wind's insurance carrier: MBA Insurance. Insurance charges/fee through MBA
for required coverage is $5/day.
4. No smoking or pets permitted in rental unit.
5. Rental Policy does not allow rental unit to enter Mexico.
6. Renter must be 25 years of age or older and is the only person authorized to
sign Rental Agreement and take rental unit off premises. Renter also requires
VISA or MasterCard credit card in his/her name to rent unit along with a valid
driver's license.
